FMOS CONDUCT ORIENTATION

After the final selection and visa approval, FMOS imparts intensive job related refresher and short orientation training to the selected candidates prior to their departure. Finally, the confirmed arrival schedule of the candidates is conveyed to the employer well in advance.

The orientation sessions imparted to all the selected candidates prior to their departure, are as per the instructions of His Majesty’s Labour Ministry. It helps them to understand the company's regulation do's and don'ts, the employer country's culture and airport procedures, and many other useful and practical hints which ensure higher productivity & efficiency of the recruited personnel, right from Day 1 on the job.
